Return procedure

From Archimedilsrl.it you can return your order completely independently in just a few simple steps.

You can view whether your order complies with our return or refund policies directly at this link .

To return your order you must first log in to your account. You can do it directly from the menu by clicking on " Login ".

If you do not remember your password you can perform a " Password Reset ".

Once you log in, you will be redirected to a screen similar to this

NB You can request a return only and exclusively if the product has been shipped. In the "My orders" section you will be able to view all your recent orders.

Click on "Request Return" and start the procedure.

Select the reason for the return and complete the procedure.

The return request will be sent to our technical department and the support ticket will be closed within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation from our team once the return has been approved.
