• APPLICATION
  Sealing of wall-floor connections under tiles. The non-woven fabric covering adapts to the shape of the support and can be covered with tile glue or other cementitious coatings or elastomeric liquid waterproofing. Waterproofing of joints. Repairs of works with cracks in concrete or fiber cement. Check the compatibility of the putty with the various supports in terms of adhesion and chemical compatibility. The supports must be clean, dry and dust-free.
• ADVICE
  Remove the protector, place the band on the support avoiding the formation of air bubbles between the butyl and the support. In the case of connections, overlap the products by at least 5 cm. The non-woven backing can be repainted. However, it should be noted that given the extreme flexibility of butyl putty, the layer of paint covering the non-woven fabric may present slight cracks. The coatings, glues or paints that cover the non-woven fabric must be compatible with the latter. Butyl putty is sensitive to solvents.
