Anti-chipping and anti-scratch platform for RLS leveling system to be placed between the wedge and the tile by inserting it into the base.
• Avoids potential accidental damage when installing tiles with particularly delicate surface finishes.
• The platform performs two functions simultaneously:
Anti-chipping: prevents the stems of the RLS base from coming into contact with the edge of the tile during installation
wedge insertion thanks to a special tab that is placed between the edge of the tile and the base;
Anti-scratch: prevents the wedge from coming into contact with the tile surface by interposing itself between the wedge and the floor.
• Furthermore, the platform can be used as a removable multi-spacer. There are 3 sides of the platform
designed for this function and create joints of 1.5 mm, 2 mm and 3 mm respectively.
• The platform can be reused over and over again both as an anti-chipping and anti-scratch element and as a multi-spacer.
• The use of the platform keeps the performance of the bases unchanged in terms of maximum and minimum thickness
of the tiles to be levelled.
• Increases the joint by 0.5 mm (to fulfill the anti-chipping function).
• It is recommended to carry out the final removal phase with a hammer.
• Made of resistant plastic material which hinders the adhesion of the tile adhesive.
• Supplied in a plastic bucket for convenient storage
