SUPERLIFT - Large format handling system complete kit
Superlift: multifaceted frame for handling latest generation ceramic slabs which have become increasingly larger and heavier.
Made of telescopic steel tubing (unique on the market) then galvanized, it guarantees maximum rigidity even for the most "critical" or thinnest slabs, avoiding flagging or flexing that is harmful to the slab but above all dangerous for the operators (before being laid, the slabs can be lifted, turned, placed vertically, transported on ladders, etc.).
Superlift can be easily dismantled to facilitate transport and is completely modular, being able to take on the most varied configurations depending on the shape and characteristics of the piece to be handled. Furthermore, other extra suction cups can be added to the standard configuration with 4 suction cups for particular processes or materials that can be positioned anywhere on the frame.
The suction cups, fundamental components of Superlift, are large (200 mm) and are equipped with a double warning system via analogue vacuum gauge and linear indicator on the pumping element. Made of non-marking rubber, they can be easily positioned in any position on the frame according to needs. The system of locking clamps on the bars and on the suction cup supports makes the "modelling" operation of the frame very quick, precise and safe.
The handles at the ends of the bars, ergonomic and made of non-slip rubber, have special supports in plastic material to facilitate the vertical juxtaposition of the slab to the walls, avoiding scratching the flooring.
The telescopic handle system allows you to move slabs with lengths of up to 380 cm.
The use of supports with wheels for transporting the slabs on wheels and applying the glue constitutes a very complete kit for moving and positioning the slabs.
