Rasobuild Top Fino Kg. 25, White
Specific for the recovery of facades with stable and anchored coverings avoiding the replastering. Suitable for smoothing over anchored plastic coverings, stable glass mosaic coverings, plasters and cement mortars. For concrete products in compliance with EN 150 4-3. Can be floated by hand or by machine. Fine civil finish.
Recyclable as mineral aggregate, avoiding disposal costs and environmental impact. Leveling and smoothing of uneven surfaces on: cement plasters and mortar, decorations with firmly anchored, compact and non-remulsifiable synthetic paints and coatings, vitreous mosaic coverings well anchored to the support, prefabricated or cast-in-situ concrete, fiber cement panels , wood-concrete or plasterboard, walls in cellular concrete blocks.
Interior and exterior in civil, commercial and industrial environments.
Do not use on floors, on gypsum-based substrates, for very thick irregularities and on inconsistent substrates. Preparation of the supports The support must be dry on non-absorbent surfaces and moistened on absorbent ones, compact, clean, i.e. free of dust, greasiness and water-repellent treatments. The surfaces must be cleaned with a pressure washer and any parts that are not perfectly anchored must be removed. The surface to be smoothed must be dimensionally stable, having already completed the maturation shrinkages. On new concrete, remove the release agent with pressure washer. Wait for the repairs and repairs of the substrate to mature before smoothing.
