Sika MonoTop®-440 Agile
Semi-rapid setting mortar with fine grain size, for structural restoration and protection of reinforced concrete, fibre-reinforced, compensated shrinkage, in class R4.
Sika MonoTop®-440 Agile is a single-component R4 PCC mortar with semi-rapid setting (40 min) and fine grain size, premixed, with polymer additives, characterized by innovative rheology and workability, combined with very low shrinkage, for restoration and smoothing of concrete elements. Contains cements modified with synthetic polymers, silica fume, selected aggregates and synthetic fibres.
- It allows you to carry out repairs and surface smoothing with a fine-grain finish on elements of reinforced concrete structures in a single hand; Installation times are significantly reduced.

- Restoration, repair and smoothing of structural and non-structural elements (beams, pillars, floors, balcony fronts, cornices, flights of stairs, aesthetic or exposed concrete elements, etc.);
- Regularization of gravel nests;
- Restoration and finishing on prefabricated structures;
- Suitable for restoration work (Principle 3, Method 3.1 and 3.3 of the EN 1504-9:2008 standard) on degraded, detached concrete or with gravel nests.
