Aquastop AR1 Roll 50 m for Nanoflex

Special reinforcement mesh in alkali-resistant glass fibre.

The use of Aquastop AR1 guarantees verification of the total weight of the product applied, to guarantee total coverage of the substrate, and guides the application to obtain a waterproofed and flat substrate.

PRODUCT PLUS: Superior meshing with Nanoflex No Limits. High resistance to the basic environment. High resistance to shear stresses in both directions. Without memory effect.

Intended use. Balconies, terraces, flat roofs and external horizontal surfaces in the Laminato No Limits system.

Application. 1) Apply Nanoflex No Limits with a smooth trowel in thicknesses of approximately 1 – 2 mm, pressing to obtain maximum adhesion to the substrate. The thickness achieved depends on the surface finish and flatness of the substrate. 2) Spread Aquastop AR1 on the fresh waterproofing gel-membrane, overlapping the sheets by approximately 10 cm. 3) Incorporate Aquastop AR1 into the first coat of fresh waterproofing, pressing with the spatula. 4) Use the spatula to distribute any product spills from the holes in the mesh to make the thickness uniform. 5) Spread Aquastop AR1 on the fresh gel-membrane, overlapping it on previously fixed Aquastop 120. 6) Once the product has hardened, after removing any surface condensation, apply the second coat of Nanoflex No Limits. Create a continuous and uniform thickness of approximately 3 mm to completely cover the Aquastop AR1 texture.
