Wingrip Bituminous: Under-tile waterproofing for flooring
The Wingrip Bituminous Waterproofing and universal grip bridge for laying floors is a high quality, ready-to-use product, formulated with the highest quality bitumen and polymers in aqueous emulsion. With special fillers with low environmental impact, this product is ideal for creating a waterproof layer and a grip bridge for laying ceramic floors on various surfaces such as terraces, balconies, shower trays and bathroom coverings.

Its application is extremely simple, both on vertical and horizontal surfaces, and it can be overlaid on existing tiles or cement screeds. It does not require the use of primer and can be applied with a brush, roller or airless pump, offering greater convenience during the installation process.

CONSUMPTION: As regards consumption, the product requires 500 g/m² for overlaying on existing floors on horizontal surfaces and 1 kg/m² on cement screeds. On vertical surfaces, the recommended consumption is 400 g/m² for overlaying on existing coverings and 800 g/m² for various walls.

INSTALLATION: Before proceeding with installation, it is advisable to repair any irregularities on the surface, glue the detached tiles and check for the presence of hidden humidity to avoid the formation of vapor pressure. It is advisable to avoid immediate application in case of rain or on wet surfaces. It is also important to avoid overlapping any cement mixture before the product is completely dry. The application must be carried out at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C to guarantee the best results.
