The new generation SDS-max 4 cutting bits have been completely redesigned, designed for the most demanding professional and ensure maximum performance during drilling.
The particular design of the propeller allows effective removal of residues, increasing the drilling speed.
The special structure of the carbide head guarantees maximum support during percussion and optimal absorption of the energy released during drilling.

• Main features

Tungsten carbide head.
Symmetrical head structure with 4 90° exhaust propellers.
Carbide plates with a special cutting geometry, to guarantee maximum resistance and durability.
Wear markers placed at the ends of the main cutting edge.
The cutting edges have beveled ends to reduce friction during drilling.
The high quality welds guarantee maximum stability of the plate.
The innovative tip structure features an alternating helix design.
The narrow shoulder ensures easy expulsion of debris, decreasing friction and increasing drilling speed, while the wider shoulder gives greater solidity to the body of the bit, improving resistance and greatly reducing the possibility of breakage.
Furthermore, the reinforced exhaust helix transfers maximum energy to the cutting edges, limiting vibrations.

NOTE: For useful lengths greater than 300 mm we recommend pre-drilling to a depth of at least 150 mm. with a shorter tip, of the same diameter.
